Service

Pantry Tracker & Meal Planner helps customers record pantry inventory, barcodes, quantities, expiration dates, shopping needs, emergency-food goals, household information, and related files. Elite recipe matching suggests possible meals based on pantry item names and identifies ingredients that may still be needed.

Accounts and household access

You are responsible for the sign-in account used with Pantry Tracker, the accuracy of information you enter, and activity by people you invite to a shared household. Do not share a household invite code outside the people you want to access and update that pantry.

Plans and purchases

Free, Founding Member, Pro, and Elite features and limits are described before purchase. Founding Member, Pro, and Elite are currently offered as one-time lifetime purchases and do not automatically renew. Elite includes Pro features plus pantry-based recipe matching and the storage allowance displayed in the app. The Founding Member offer is limited to the first 100 eligible customers.

Apple or Google processes eligible mobile purchases. The final localized price appears before confirmation. Purchase availability, billing, refunds, family sharing, and store-account rules are governed by the applicable store. Restore Purchases verifies eligible purchases associated with the store account and does not create a new charge.

Recipes, food safety, and nutrition

Recipe matches are suggestions based on item names and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always open the full recipe, confirm every ingredient and quantity, check food condition and expiration information, account for allergies and dietary needs, cook food to safe temperatures, and follow current food-safety guidance.

Recipe suggestions, inventory estimates, expiration alerts, and emergency-planning estimates are informational. They are not medical, nutritional, allergy, food-safety, or emergency-management advice.

Third-party recipe websites and services

Online recipe links open websites operated by other companies. Beau Dog Digital Products does not own or control their recipes, content, advertisements, cookies, availability, pricing, or privacy practices. A link does not guarantee endorsement or continued availability. Recipe text, photographs, names, and other publisher content remain the property of their respective owners.

Barcode information and product descriptions may come from public product databases and can be incomplete or incorrect. Customers should verify the product before saving it to their pantry.

Uploaded content

You retain responsibility for files and information you upload. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, payment-card information, medical records, passwords, or content you do not have permission to store. Storage allowances and supported file types may change as the service evolves.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, obtain another customer’s information, share access without permission, reverse engineer protected service components, or use Pantry Tracker for unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available. Online access, barcode sources, recipe links, cloud storage, app-store services, and other third-party features may occasionally be unavailable. Compatible hosted improvements may be delivered automatically. Native app changes may require an App Store or Google Play update.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Beau Dog Digital Products is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate entries, missed or incorrect alerts, spoiled or unsafe food, recipe results, allergy or dietary decisions, unavailable third-party content, interrupted service, or emergency-plan estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Account termination and deletion

You may stop using Pantry Tracker or request account deletion through the app. Beau Dog Digital Products may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or legal compliance. Deleting the app or account does not itself cancel a store-managed purchase or subscription.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
